How does appreciation time need it?

The appreciation route is about 4km, and the number of the works is an art museum with the area largest in about 1,000 points of Japan. It varies according to a pace of the customer, but I use "a model course" of the Floor Map as a guide of one, and please give me reference.

Can you enter it again?

This is possible only on the same day. When you leave, please go to the information desk on the 3rd basement floor to complete the re-entry procedure.

Can the small child enter it?

1 guardian can attend with up to 6 preschool children. As the hall becomes large, we would appreciate keeping children close by.

For customers with children

There is a pet, can you enter it?

Please refrain from entering the museum with pets (all living things including insects, reptiles, fish, etc.). Please note that we are unable to temporarily store items for you.

※The assistance dog (guide dog, service dog, deaf person's dog) can enter it

Is entering a building, the appreciation possible in wheelchair?

You can appreciate the hall in wheelchair (there is the rental of wheelchair, too).
The front entrance does not have an elevator and, about the entering a building, becomes only the escalator of about 40m.

About the entering a building methods, I hope that you can confirm "to customers with physical disabilities"before a visit.

Is there the rental of wheelchair and stroller?

I will loan it by the 3rd-floor information under the ground (free).
The stroller has target age (from 1 month to 48 months).
In addition, we accept reservations as number includes a limit.

Can I take a picture?

You can take pictures. *Use for commercial or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited (unless permitted by the museum).

However, the use of strobes, flashes, tripods, etc. is prohibited.

Please be careful when using selfie sticks.

I loan a sound guide machine of Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, 4 languages in the 3rd floor museum shop under the ground.

It is on the front entrance, the third floor under the ground.

The art museum site (I include a parking lot) prohibits smoking from 2020/6/19.

I include the heating-type cigarette, electronic cigarette.

Can I bring in the lunch?

As a general rule, I have you decline. As a restaurant cafe is in the hall, please use this.

※The customer having difficulty in meal in the restaurant cafe including with the food allergy can bring in lunches to a restaurant cafe together only when a customer accompanied by orders a restaurant cafe offer menu.

Is Naruto Whirlpools seen near?

You cannot see a whirling current from the art museum, but you can see it in neighboring tourist facilities.

Do you get the allergenic information of the offer menu?

As you publish the allergenic information (8 items of specific raw materials to appoint in laws and ordinances) of each store menu in the menu table, please confirm it. ※There is not the preparation for allergy-response menu.

I cannot use only a museum shop (Museum Admissions Fee is necessary).

Can you purchase the product which does not appear in the homepage by a mail order?

Except some products, you can purchase it. When you know a brand name, send a mail from the page of the museum shop. When a brand name is unclear, please refer on the telephone.

I want to purchase products by a mail order, does it cost the postage?

Yes, it takes postage together with an area of the destination. In the case of cool delivery service, it takes a rate separately.
