Changes, cancellations, and refunds after the purchase are not possible. Please purchase after thoroughly confirming the contents of the process.

There is no deadline for use. (Can be used from the day of purchase)

The QR code will be checked based on the number on the screen, so please present the QR code screen to the staff when entering the museum.
