Monet "magpie"

A chocolate sponge cake filled with apricot jam is coated in white chocolate, evoking the image of snow covering the ground. The magpie's feathers are made of black chocolate, and the striking "blue shadows" in the famous painting are layered with pale blue-tinted white chocolate.

In Japan, magpies are considered to be auspicious birds because their cry sounds like "kachi-kachi" (win, win).
