For Families/Guests with Handicaps
The museum building is accessible from the main entrance, where a 41m-long escalator leads up to the exhibition room on B3F. (There is no elevator at the main entrance.)
If you are using a wheelchair, wheeled walker (silver cart), or mobility aid, or have difficulty using the escalator, please contact us and we will provide you with information on how to enter the building and where to park. Also, if you are visiting as a group from a welfare facility, etc., please contact us in advance.
*In the exhibition rooms from B3F to 2F, a total of 5 floors, elevators are available.

■Children's vehicles such as strollers can only be brought in if they meet the following conditions 1 to 5.
1.There is a seat belt (5-point belt)
2. It is pushed from behind
3. The tires can be locked
4. The vehicle does not move on its own or is not operated by the child passenger
5. It is designed to carry a human passenger
For your safety, please keep an eye on small children.

■Strollers (for ages 1 to 48 months) are also available for rent. To receive one, please go up the escalator at the main entrance entrance and exit, and ask for information at the information desk on B3F.

■Bringing in food to the museum is prohibited on principle. However, for nursing children or those with allergies, lunch boxes and other items are allowed within restaurants and cafes provided that the guest is in attendance with another who places an order from the menu.
■Restaurants and cafes have wooden high chairs for children.
